State’s Contract Works insurance is designed to cover accidental loss of, or damage to, property that’s being built or altered.

Building or renovating your home? Talk to us before you start and especially if you're carrying out a renovation project which includes any structural changes to your house. This kind of insurance is usually only required if you’re undergoing major home renovations.
