Our commitment to Canterbury
In September 2010 the lives of our customers in Cantebury changed forever. The going has been tough but the Canterbury spirit has seen communities and partnerships come together to start rebuilding this great city.
At State we are proud to have been part of this.
To enable us to play our part we have established a large team of dedicated earthquake claims specialists based in Christchurch. They are supported by teams of project managers and assessors at Hawkins, our project management partner. We understand that having someone who understands your situation and your claim is hugely important which is why all major earthquake claims are assigned to dedicated case managers.
The Canterbury rebuild will only be successful if we listen to each other and work together. We have listened to your questions over the last few months and have answered the most frequent of these in our monthly newsletters and in a special lift-out in the October issue of Avenues magazine, a copy of which is available on our website.
