Please read the terms and conditions of entry into the Fly Buys Bonus Points competition.

1. This promotion is offered by State, a business division of IAG New Zealand Ltd. 
2. The prize is 5,000 Fly Buys Bonus Points, issued to the customer's Fly Buys number on the qualifying policy purchased.
3. All natural persons aged 18 years and over that purchase a new State home, contents or car insurance policy between 9 June and 30 July 2010 and have made a first payment by 4 September 2010 will automatically be entered in to the draw to win the Prize.  There will be one entry for each qualifying policy purchased.  Renewal of an existing policy does not qualify.
4. Winners must be members of the Fly Buys programme and non-members will be given an opportunity to join.
5. Members of the IAG New Zealand marketing and reputation division and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Prize.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants on 13 September 2010.
7. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details previously provided to State.  Should the winner not accept their prize within a reasonable time following the draw, another winner may be drawn.
8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. In accepting the prize the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity arrangements that State may reasonably require in respect of this prize draw.
