Increased costs during construction
We cover increases in the cost of labour and materials following a claim.
Escalating costs during reconstruction
We also cover additional costs for reconstruction as long as there’s no undue delay.
Reinstatement of insurance
If you have to make a claim under this policy we’ll automatically reinstate your cover, provided you pay the premium.
Optional extension for temporary buildings
We offer optional cover on temporary buildings such as site offices and huts that are used while your business does work at the construction site.
Optional extension for removal of debris
We'll pay for demolition and debris removal if you have to clear a site so you can repair damage or rebuild a work in progress.
