We’ve closed our State store, but we’re still here for you

Over the last couple of years, we've had fewer customers visiting our State store and more customers looking to engage with us over the phone, via email and through our website.

So, after careful consideration, we’ve decided to invest in the channels the majority of our customers prefer and we've closed our State Riccarton store.

How can I manage my insurance?

I currently pay in-store – how will I pay going forward?

You can pay by cash, EFTPOS or debit card at one of the 240 NZ Post retail outlets nationwide that offer the ‘pay a bill’ service. Just take your State Payment Advice for each policy with you. Please note that this option is only available for vehicle, home, contents and landlord policies, or business policies where your invoice has a barcode. There is no cost for using this service.
