The ComplyHub State Business Customer offer (“Promotion”) is conducted by State Business insurance - a business division of IAG New Zealand Limited (“State”), NZI Centre, 1 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, and ComplyHub, a division of LexisNexis NZ Limited (“ComplyHub”). The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.
By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promotion commences on Friday 18 November 2020 and ends on Sunday 9 May 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is open to State Business customers who are residents of New Zealand as at 18 November 2020.
To enter the Promotion, entrants must use the provided discount code when purchasing a one-year subscription to ComplyHub. There is only one discounted subscription allowed per customer.
The “Promotion” is a discount of 40% off the normal retail price excluding GST of a one-year subscription to ComplyHub. The customer must pay the balance of the one-year subscription at the time of taking out the subscription.
The Promotion is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
State and ComplyHub will not be required to provide any person with a discount where, in their sole discretion, that person is not (or is no longer) eligible.
Where any State customer subscribes to ComplyHub using a discount code provided under the Promotion, that customer is entering into a direct legal relationship with ComplyHub in accordance with standard ComplyHub terms and conditions. State does not receive any commission or other payment from ComplyHub where any customer signs up under the terms of the Promotion.
State is not affiliated with ComplyHub and by offering the Promotion, State is not to be taken as endorsing or guaranteeing the accuracy of any information provided by ComplyHub. State accepts no liability for any losses arising from the customer’s use of or reliance on ComplyHub.
State, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue, extend or amend the Promotion at any time without notice to any person for any reason. State will only do this where it considers it is reasonable to do so.
State’s decision on any matter regarding the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Subject to any obligations under law, such as under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, State and its related bodies corporate will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion.
State takes no responsibility for any misdirected, lost, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or late entries, or any human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, computer or network failure, or any other interruption that may affect the conduct of the Promotion, unless that fault is caused by State.
Each participant accepts and agreed that State may use and disclose the participant’s information to State’s agents or contractors for the purposes of conducting the Promotion. Participants have the right to access and correct their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 by contacting State in writing at 1 Fanshawe Street, Auckland or by calling 0800 80 24 24.
