State July Giveaway 1 (“Promotion”) is conducted by State, a business division of IAG New Zealand Limited (“State”), NZI Centre, 1 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010.

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promotion commences on Monday 6 July 2026 and ends at 11:59 Sunday 12 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is open to anyone residing in New Zealand and over 18 years old at the commencement of the Promotion Period (“Eligible Participants”). Employees and contractors of IAG New Zealand Limited and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Customers must comment on the giveaway Facebook or Instagram post. There is a limit of one entry per Eligible Customer. Only one entry per Eligible Participant will be accepted regardless of the number of comments or platforms used.
Entries that are incomplete or are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be ineligible.
State is offering Eligible Customers the chance to win 1 $100 Z Gift Card (“Prize”).
One (1) Prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday 14 July 2026 (or such later date as required by State) (“Prize Draw”).
Prize winners will be contacted by State within 5 days of a winner being drawn (or such later date as required by State). If, after reasonable efforts have been made by State, a Prize winner has not responded to State within five (5) business days of being contacted, or has communicated to State that they do not want the Prize, State can at its discretion:
a) deem the Prize winner to have forfeited their right to the Prize; and
b) re-draw another eligible Prize winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
State will deliver the Prize to the Prize winners within 10 business days of the Prize Draw and confirmation of their email address (or such a later date as required by State). The Prize will be delivered to Prize winners by email.

State will not be required to provide any person with a Prize where, in State’s sole discretion that person is not (or is no longer) eligible.
In the event that a reward becomes unavailable for reasons beyond State’s control, State may substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
The Prize is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. The Prize is not transferable, not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
State will not be liable to any person for any damage caused to the Prize, or if the Prize is lost, stolen or goes missing, after the Prize is despatched for delivery to the Prize winner.
State, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue, extend or amend the Promotion at any time without notice to any person for any reason. State will only do this where it considers it is reasonable to do so.
State’s decision on any matter regarding the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Subject to any obligation under law, such as the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, State and its related bodies corporate will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or any Prize.
You; (a) fully release and hold Meta harmless from liability, and (b) acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta.
State takes no responsibility for any misdirected, lost, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or late entries, or any human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, computer or network failure, or any other interruption that may affect the conduct of the Promotion, unless that fault is caused by State.
Each participant accepts and agrees that State may use and disclose the participant’s personal information to State’s agents or contractors for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants have the right to access and correct their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 by contacting State in writing at 1 Fanshawe Street, Auckland or by calling 0800 80 24 24.
Participants agree that if they win the Prize then State is entitled to use their name and contact information for State’s external and internal marketing, promotion, communication and publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion.
