(ii) If a participant takes out multiple Qualifying Policies, each Qualifying Policy will be eligible for a Reward; and

  2. Subject to clause 6 and 7 above, State will use reasonable endeavours to email the Reward to the primary email address for the Qualifying Policy within 30 days of the policy start date of the Qualifying Policy (or such later date as is required by State). For the avoidance of doubt, State will not be obliged to send any Reward to any person until the eligibility terms and conditions have been met, including receipt of the first payment of the Qualifying Policy’s premium.

  3. By purchasing a Qualifying Policy, participants agree to receive the Reward by email to the primary email address on the Qualifying Policy. If State receives notification of failed delivery to the email address, State will use reasonable endeavours to send the Reward to the alternative email address provided (if any).

  4. State will not be liable to any person if the Reward cannot be found, or if the Reward is lost, stolen or goes missing, after the Reward is sent to the email provided, including failure to supply a correct email address.
