We recently got in touch by letter or phone call to let you know that we discovered that the credit card currently used to pay for your State insurance premium has expired. We continually review our systems and processes, and in this case, we need you to update your credit card expiry date.
This doesn’t affect your current insurance for this insurance period. However, we need your new expiry date ahead of your next policy renewal.
At your policy’s next renewal, we require up-to-date card details to continue premium payments. You can also provide another credit card. An updated credit card expiry date for your card will keep your policy from cancelling.
Please call us on 0800 80 24 24. Our friendly team will be able to update your details quickly.
For your online safety, please do not share your credit card details via email.
