Log in to the digital Visa card portal to check your balance or get your card details for online shopping. Use your card reference number as your username and the issuer will send a One Time Password (OTP) to log in securely.

A State digital Visa card is a prepaid card issued in electronic form. It can be used for online and in-store purchases but not for ATM withdrawals.
Can I add multiple digital Visa cards to my phone Wallet?
Yes. You can add more than one card, but each may need to be verified before use.
Can I remove or re-add my card?
Yes. You can remove your card anytime under Card Details > Remove Card. You can add it again later if needed. Removing it from a secondary device (like a watch) won’t affect the card on your primary device.
Can I make partial payments?
Yes. If your purchase exceeds your card balance, you can split the payment using another card or cash.
About One Time Passwords (OTP)
These are temporary codes used for a single login or verification and provide extra protection through two-factor authentication. Your OTP will be sent from noreply@m2pfintech.com with the display name noreply.
Didn’t receive your verification code?
Check your spam or junk folder, confirm your contact details are correct, resend the code in the Wallet app, or try another verification method.
I’m getting a “Card Not Added. Contact your issuer” message.
This can happen if your card is locked, expired, or has been reported stolen. If this happens, get in touch with us. Just visit our Contact us page and choose what works for you.
My card isn’t showing in my phone Wallet.
Restart your device, make sure you’re signed into the correct Wallet account, and try adding the card again. If it still doesn’t work, contact your Wallet support or get in touch with us.
My card isn’t working online.
Ensure you’ve activated your card and copied the correct details from the card portal (hover over the eye icon and click the copy symbol).
What if my phone is lost or stolen?
Contact us immediately to suspend or delete your digital Visa card.
