The Motor Digital Lodgement March Promotion (“Promotion”) is run by State, a business division of IAG New Zealand Limited, NZI Centre, 1 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010.
Information on eligibility, the giveaway, winner selection, distribution, and the use of data forms part of these terms and conditions. By taking part, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.
The Promotion starts on 1 March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Prize
All existing State policy holders who lodge a motor claim online with State during the Promotion Period are entered for a chance to win one of ten prizes of NZD 500 Prezzy Cards.
Eligibility
All eligible customers are entered once for each claim lodged during the Promotion Period. The eligible customer and the Prize winner will be the policyholder named on the motor policy. This applies even if someone else lodges the claim. Entries that are incomplete or not submitted under these terms and conditions are not eligible.
Prize Draw
Ten Prize winners will be drawn at random on 10 April 2026 or on a later date if needed.
Prize winners will be contacted within five days of the draw. If State cannot reach a Prize winner after reasonable efforts, or the Prize winner does not want the Prize, State can treat their Prize as forfeited and draw another winner.
State will send the Prize by tracked courier within 30 business days of confirming the Prize winner’s address. Standard Prezzy Card terms apply. See https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions.
Events affecting the Prize
The Prize winner’s policy must be current at the time the Prize is sent. Policies are not current where they have been cancelled, become void, or State has received a cancellation request.
State is not required to give any person a Prize where that person is not eligible. The Prize is not transferable, not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
State is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Prize once it has been sent.
General
State can discontinue, extend, or amend the Promotion at any time if it considers this reasonable.
State’s decisions about the Promotion are final.
If a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside State’s control, a Prize of equal or greater value may be given instead. Subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, State and its related companies are not liable for loss or injury related to the Promotion or the Prize.
You release and hold Meta harmless, and acknowledge that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, run by, or linked to Meta.
State takes no responsibility for misdirected, damaged, corrupted, incorrect, or late entries, or any technical issues that affect entry, unless the issue is caused by State.

State may use and share your personal information with its agents or contractors to run the Promotion and for marketing purposes. You can access or correct your information under the Privacy Act 2020 by writing to State at 1 Fanshawe Street, Auckland or by calling 0800 80 24 24.
